Very nice to deal with and was very good at answering questions I had. They sent me a notice of what can and cannot go on the bins and were good at answering some questions about odd things to dispose of, like old taxidermy. They dropped off the bin in good time and picked it up early on pickup day - they even emailed me to remind me when the bin will be picked up.

We had a really great experience using Bin There Dump That ! From many questions....to the actual delivery and pick up.....BTDT has been great. Great care and attention was paid by the driver. No damage to the driveway and the cement was not even scratched, which was amazing. When delivered the driver placed wood under the bin and the bin was placed exactly where we wanted it. Not a service you use every day, but we would highly recommend BTDT !!!!

My experience with Bin there Dump that was amazing!!! We had to move quickly due to a severe illness in the family. The team there called back with-in minutes of my online inquiry, the bin arrived exactly when they said it would, it was positioned perfectly (in a tight space) to reduce how far I had to move items to fill it, and was picked up without any fuss. I have used their services with a move a few years ago and wouldn't consider calling anyone else. They were compassionate to my situation and friendly at every step.

This is the second time this year that we have rented a bin. We are selling the home we have lived in for 20 years, so things tend to build up, and thought it would be easier to rent a bin rather than making dozens and dozens of trips to the dump...and we were right! Doing renovations on our home requires a bin for our carpet, etc. When I contacted Bintheredumpthat, I spoke to Lizel. She was extremely knowledgeable with regard to what size bin we would require, the prices and how long we would need it. Booking the dumpster was super easy. Delivery was right on time and placed exactly where we wanted it. Bin worked extremely well, loved the rear doors that we could walk right in and start filling from the front. Even though it was renovation debris, we placed it as neatly as we could in the bin, and ended up only using about 2/3 of it. Pickup was quick and quiet. Billing was done efficiently.
